We arrange special airport/Eurostar transfers for students joining the Excel English Summer Teenage programme, Teenagers are met by our uniformed staff and escorted to their accommodation; on their return the students are escorted to the airport, helped through check in and taken to the departure gate. Transfers are by car, mini bus or coach, depending on the number of students travelling together.
To ensure your child has a relaxed welcome from the homestay host, please book an incoming flight or train which arrives no earlier than 07.00 and no later than 19.00. The return flight/train should depart no earlier than 09.00. Supplements will apply for flights/trains arriving or leaving outside these hours.
If your teenager is registered as an “Unaccompanied Minor” with the airline, then extra fees may apply. Airline policies vary. Check with your airline at time of booking.
