How to Pay

There are several ways in which you can pay for your course and accommodation at Excel English. Please note that if you are booking through an Educational Travel Organiser (ETO), all payments should be made to the ETO, and the ETO is responsible for paying the school.

All payments should be received by the school in GBP (pounds sterling).

Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment is through Flywire (by Peer Transfer). Flywire allows you to –

pay by local bank transfer or credit/debit card

Other Options

1. Sterling Bank Transfer

Our our bank account details are on your invoice. You will be responsible for paying all bank charges (including UK bank charges) so we receive the full amount.

2. Credit Card

We take Visa or Mastercard. Credit card charges (minimum 2.5%) apply for all transactions. Contact us for a credit card form.

3. Cash

You can pay direct to the school in GBP (pounds sterling). We do not recommend this method of payment especially for large amounts.
