The English Premier League is one of the most famous and exciting football leagues in the world, and attracts some of the planet’s biggest stars. The Football Fanatics Experience will take you on tours of some of London’s best-known stadiums, including Wembley, Stamford Bridge (home of Chelsea Football Club) or Arsenal to see these famous locations for yourself.

This experience is available for 1 or 2 weeks. Students taking a 2-week course can add a weekend trip to Manchester to visit the National Football Museum and Old Trafford, home of Manchester United (additional fee applies – contact us for details). Depending on the time of year and availability, we may also be able to obtain tickets for league and non-league football matches.

The Experience includes 15 hours per week of general English in multinational groups; the Experience hours are usually 1:1 with the trainer, giving you plenty of opportunity to practise your speaking and listening and to discuss football.

The usual trainer for this experience is a member of our Excel English staff who is a teacher and a registered football coach.

Your Football Fanatics Experience will take place after your English lessons each day and will be confirmed according to the availability of our specialist tutors. We will give you a personal timetable at the start of your course.

Please note: In summer and at other busy times, we operate a zigzag timetable where all students have a mixture of morning and afternoon English lessons.
