Whatever accommodation you choose, you can be certain that you will feel safe, secure and comfortable throughout your stay. Whether you want homestay, residence or a hotel , you will have accommodation we have inspected and approved for you. Our accommodation providers are friendly and welcoming, and have many years’ experience hosting guests from around the world.

Because Excel English is located in a residential part of London, you will either be able to walk to school or travel on one bus. This will save you both time and money and means you can meet up easily with your new friends in the evenings and weekends.

Excel English Promises

We will –

• select and regularly check all accommodation according to the highest Excel English and British Council standards
• only use accommodation agencies registered with the British Council if we need to source extra accommodation at busy times
• place you in the most suitable accommodation available
• send you details of your accommodation as soon as it is arranged
• guarantee you free Internet access in your accommodation if you request it
• ensure you are the only student in a homestay speaking your language unless you choose to share with a friend or relative
• listen to your suggestions and requests and make sure you are happy and comfortable
• find accommodation within reasonable walking distance of the school for long stay students (20 weeks+)
